Our Service Guarantee and the offer of free shipping if your order does not ship when promised do not apply where: (a) there are delays resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, acts of any federal, state or local government, acts of terrorism, fires, floods, explosions, blizzards or other catastrophes, involuntary strikes or other labor stoppages, slowdowns or disputes, or inability to obtain (from normal or usual sources) fuel, power, raw materials, labor, containers or transportation; (b) a product is not in-stock, is not regularly stocked or where quantities are limited; (c) an order is for over 100 pieces; (d) we have not received complete payment or where orders are paid by check (service times will start once complete payment has been made or checks have been honored); (e) we do not have complete information or materials to be supplied by the customer (service times will start once all information or materials have been received); (f) an order involves specialty items or tailoring; (g) an order requires special packing, complex art design or more than one custom application per item; (h) physical samples are needed; (i) an order is international; or (j) an order has a future delivery date
